Racing heart, high blood pressure amd tremours at night or early morning

Hello guys, i am 27 overweight 29.4BMI. It all started one day 3 weeks ago , i woke up at 4am and went to toiled to pee after that i went to bed closed my eyes and the room started spinning , severe nausea started. I woke up again and went to toilet and i started to feel extreme dizzines and dumpness in my arms and legs.also chills in my skin. Then after a min i pannicked and i started to normalize.

The same exact situation happened 3 days later 4 am but this time after room spinning and nausea i got racing heart and high blood preasurre 150/100 and 123bpm. After 10 min i normalized but never went to sleep. At 8am i get a strong feeling in my stomach severe nause and this time my blood preassure went 165/100 with 150bpm. I drove to emergency , got an ECG , also they gave me half atenanon and a diazepam injection.
After leaving emergency i drove to a private hospital. I continued to feel sick in my stomach and had continued nausea that came and went way.I did a heart, thyroids ultrasound, and did a lot of blood tests wich came perfectly normal including all tests for thyroid diabetes etc. They told me i was suffering pannic attacks and thats it. The cardiologist gave me some drops of valerian excract wich didnt seem to help much. I started having this attacs at every time of the day amd they look like anxiety or pannic attacks but more severe at night. I started also to shake or had tremours in some cases at night. I was filling super tired all day. After 2 weeks that this symptoms started i got the most severe one at 5am. I opened my eyes my heaer rate was normal and in the metter of sec it went up to 155bpm and after that 163. I drove to emergency by then the heart rate went down to 120 in a matter of 5min. I did again ecg and heart ultrasound , exam for middle ear etc. Got a holter for heart rate and blood preasure. Also the cardiologist wanted to do some test for free cortisol in urine and catecholamins. That day i was not able to calm down all day and had to episodes that night. After examing the holter cardiologist gave me 1.25mg betablocker wich is 1/4 of a tablet, heart rate was regular so no heart issues except for raving heart. After 2 days taking it the symtoms started to be less shocking.

Also the endochrynologist suggested an extended glicemy test and a gastroschopy. He suspected for hypoglicemic attacks. The glicemy test came normal but then i got diagnosed the hiatal hernia and gastrtis and reflux. The endocrynologist said that this could be the perfect explanation for my symptoms. After a week taking ppi and a gel for reflux and a tablet for protecting the stomach mucosis the symptoms are very light now.

What is troubeling me now is the answear i got from the cortisol in urine. It came 2 times higher then the max normal value but i collected the urine the saMe day i had the most severe attack and many smaller attacks and i could not calm all day.
