My left big toes is numb

My left big toes has been numb for almost two days.

i did wear some very high heels that were tight but that was 4 days ago? do you have any idea what could be the cause and also how can i treat it?

Sometimes can also be from ingoing toenails.

Tight shoes are one potential cause, but diabetes is another. If it is diabetic related, it may disappear after a while. It may be the tight shoes, but it doesn't hurt to make sure. The symptom is a yellow flag and you should get a diabetic blood test, an hba1c.

Well, you have already answered your own question as to the cause of the numb toes.

Numb toes can be caused by pinched nerves or nerve damage if you suffer from diabetes.  But in your case it is the tight shoes.

Best to wear sensible comfortable shoes, or suffer the consequences.

It will take a few days to settle down.
