I'm glad I could be of help. Thank you for your reply.
Neither of the the conditions I spoke about can be successfully treated with home remedies - however you may want to try some rubs to decrease the symptoms. In the USA we have different types of a product called Ben Gay. It's really a Mentholatum rub. It may help.
We also have a product called ThermaCare which I use all the time for pain similar to yours. It's my favorite product. This is a large patch like product that is held in place by a throw away belt like device. It delivers about 12 hours of penetrating warmth. It comes in various sizes - only the largest size comes with a belt that holds it in place. You can purchase less expensive "copy-cat" versions of it that usually stick on and are almost as effective.
I'm wondering if you may be having a low spinal issues (disc) or SIJD (Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction). Take a look at those conditions on the internet and see if they fit your SX.
If it hurts to sit you might also want to try a soft square cushion or a doughnut hole cushion which takes the weight off your coccyx area. Either one of the cushions will redistribute the weight and take some pressure off the area.
Again these are not cures - but may help your discomfort. Please take the medicines as ordered by your physician. Let's see what they prescribed for you.
Synflex® is a high quality liquid glucosamine. We know it better by it's generic name glucosamine. It's ordered for arthritic conditions and is thought to help lubricate the joints. This product need to be taken for several weeks if not months to be effective. Please talk to your physician about this fact.
Nuberol Tablets is Paracetamol BP 450mg + Orphenadrine Citrate BP 35mg. It is an analgesic and muscle relaxant action. It's usually ordered for pain associated with skeletal muscle spasm.
Movox belongs to a group of medicines called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs).This medication info site states it's usually ordered for ppl experiencing depression (antidepressant) or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). In the USA it's not uncommon for medical providers to order similar medications for pain. Antidepressants increase the levels of certain brain chemicals that improve mood and more importantly in chronic pain, regulate pain signals.
These medications may help reduce your SX. If they are effective it's my guess that your medical provider will reorder them for you.
Please let us know how you are doing. I'll look forward to hearing from you again soon. Good luck my friend in pain.

Thank you sir. your information are very helpful. I am trying to find the reason for this health issue with me.
Sitting only increases the pain and after 20 minutes i cannot sit. standing running walking jumping or any physical activity does not increase or decrease the pain. only sitting is problem. feel burning, itching sometimes that area sleeps. Right thigh is little better the the left one.
Would you suggest some ointment or cream. 4 months ago i went to hospital and they sent me to neuro surgery department and the doctor prescribed me synflex, nuberol (2 weeks)and Movax(1 week). but i did not take any of this medicine. Now i am thinking to start this two week course. Actually the government hospitals here are too overcrowded that there is a 100 people queue so doctor just listen the patients symptoms and write the medicine on paper. They do not have time to see or touch the area so i was little disappointed with the way they check patients.
Hello and Welcome.
Please excuse my tardy response. I have sent you a note.
First let me explain that there are not physicians on this forum. Some of us have medical backgrounds - but we are not a substitute for sound medical advice, care or evaluation.
If I understand you correctly you are experiencing a burning, tingling like pain - that is not joint, bone or muscle related. Is that correct?
Usually the type of pain you describe is associated with your nerves. Have you been told that you have neuropathy? Specifically, Peripheral Neuropathy which is a result of damage to your peripheral nerves. This can present as weakness, numbness and pain. It can affect several areas of your body but mostly your extremities.
Peripheral Neuropathy has a multitude of causes - too many to list. There are also multiple treatments and medications - again too many to list.
As you believe your pain is associated with blood vessels another thought is Vasculitis. It is a rather rare condition which is an inflammation of your blood vessels. It causes changes in the walls of blood vessels, including thickening, weakening, narrowing and scarring. These changes restrict blood flow and cause pain. It's a serious condition that requires medical intervention.
The exact cause of vasculitis isn't fully understood. Some types are related to a person's genetic makeup.
You can find more information, including medication and treatment suggestions by doing a bit of research - or internet searching for both of these conditions, Peripheral Neuropathy and Vasculitis.
Of course you may not have either of these conditions. I encourage you to change physicians. Find one that will listen to you and treat your SX (symptoms) rather than mask them. You may discover that you will still require pain medications and muscle relaxers - but as least you'll have a DX (diagnosis) and maybe reduce those meds. I think you may require different medications if you are DX with either condition - but I don't think that presents a problem to you as much as not knowing.
If you have additional SX please share them - as it could make a difference in our suggestions. "Sitting" increases your pain not activity does not? I'm sure there are more possibilities than the two I have named. Again I encourage you to continue searching for a DX. There has to be a medical provider that enjoys a mystery and will do the work to find the right DX.
Please let us know how you are doing. I'll look forward to hearing from you again - especially when you obtain a DX.
Best of Luck to You,
~Tuck
