Nauseous When Walking/Moving Around

These past 4 days I have been feeling rather ill, at first I thought it was a regular stomach bug so I waited it out for 2 days. I then started to feel better, baring in mind I had just been in my room either at my computer or in bed. The 3rd day my friends invited me out for a meal and by then I was actually almost feeling 100% but as I started to cycle I started to feel sick again. We ended up getting the meal and whilst I was eating I felt fine, but when I cycled home and got into my room I really felt rubbish again. It is the 4th day now and I'm feeling a little better than yesterday but I have done nothing but be in my room. I can eat although I can feel it. It seems to make me feel it a lot more when I start walking/moving around. Curious what it might be, if someone could solve my mystery that would be great.

My diet has mainly been crackers, sandwiches, bananas and water the past 4 days.

Thanks,

Oliver

It sounds like it could be an inner ear infection...I had the same symtoms a couple years ago and I went to the ER and they told me that I had an inner ear infection. I would definitely go to a doctor.

My friend thinks it could be Stomach Flu, I have had diarrhea once this morning but not the past 3 days.
