Should I seek more help?

Ok so a about a month and a half ago I got really sick. Red bumps appeared all over my legs one day, specially behind my knees. As the day went by my knees and elbows began hurting like crazy. At night, my wrists began hurting a lot too. I took an Advil and went to sleep. I got up at 4am and my hands were incredibly swollen. They hurt a lot and I could barely move them. I went to the doctor and got put on steroids. The swelling on my feet and hands went down after a very painful week. My throat also hurt to the point breathing became painful. The doctor said it was just a blood infection and that I should t worry. Well a month and a half later I still get these really weird rashes all over my skin and sometimes my body gets incredibly itchy. I still have no appetite and I feel really tired. I went to another doctor and he said it was only allergies? Maybe it's nothing but I'm kinda worried ?
