Negative tests but symptoms remain?

Hey I just need a helping hand in a situation I've been in and dramatically changed my life..

Last year I made a mistake of picking up a street prostitute and gave me unprotected oral.. 3 days later I developed a single lesion on my penis my left lestical was red and a little inflamed, my lower abdominal was bloated and felt like there was pressure and also my left side of chest just under my heart was red and it hurt (I think it was my spleen) I went to my family doctor he did a std test and urine test all came back fine and he looked at the lesion and said it was nothing. I freaked out and went to a walk in clinic 3 days after.he did a std test urine and blood. And gave me antibiotics for gonnorea and chlamdia, which I took and i was still having symptoms and the tests came back negative..I went to another walk in after one week having the same symptoms. She took blood and urine and  she took a look and my testical and lesion she was confused about the lesion and she said your testical doesn't seem inflamed or swollen but in case she gave me a 10 days course of Levofloxicin and a needle ( both of them are antibiotics) I took the all the antibiotics and my testical seemed fine after all the antibiotics. But I still have the abdominal pain/bloated feeling so I went back to the same walk in I told her I took it and I still have my abdominal pain and this lesion. She refured me to a dermatologist and that's about it. 2 weeks after I go see the dermatologists he takes a look at the lesion and says "it looks like molluscum contagiousum" so he sprayed a liquid nitrogen on the lesion I went back 3 times every 2 weeks and now it's gone. So after all of this I searched online molluscum contagiousum and the description of it did not look like it what he thought it was so I call him back I asked him if he was for sure it was molluscum he said " it didnt look like classic molluscum lesion"  i finally went to a STD Clinic they did all the blood test and urine test and he takes a look at my penis and says I think you have NGU and give me a 7 days course of doxycycline I take it and nothing I still have this abdominal pain.its been over 1 year since the incident  I have some questions I have to ask..

1) what could of the lesion been mistaken for? Herpes,HPV.sphyills?

2) if all my urine and blood test came back negative why did I have a swollen or inflamed testical?

3) what is the cause of the lower abdominal pressure/bloated feeling?

4)which tests should I test for? Other then std test? Specially..

So many things can cause abdominal pain. I experience it everyday of my life to some degree. Depends on exactly where you're feeling the pain as well. If thats your only symptom you could set up an appt. with an gastroenterologist.

What what would the CBC test show ? What would this determine?

CBC is just to check your blood. Seeing your levels of white blood cells could determine things. Like if you were fighting an infection than the WBC count would be high. Or if the WBC count was low you could have an auto-immune disorder.
you would get better results now that you're not on any anti-biotics
It could still be molluscum contagiosum but it's odd you only had to one "bump" and you said you were missing the dimple portion in the lesion.

Yes I I've looked up molluscum Contagiousum and it does look like it but the only thing it doesn't have in common is the central dimple that molluscum usually have

What viral infection could I have got from it? And also do you think the dermatologist could of mistaken the lesion for something else

Was the lesion raised and bubbly looking? If you look up molluscum contagiosum on-line does it share a resemblance? Personally sounds like the dermatologist misdiagnosed it but I haven't personally seen the lesion. Describing how your lesion looked exactly would help.
Did they ever do a scrape test to the lesion? That could be the most effective way of determining this problem.
Now that you're off the anti-biotics as well. I would get a standard CBC to see if your wbc count is low or high.

Would ebv cmv adenovirus cause these symptoms?

I've known people who have had EBV and you would feel like absolute garbage or as if you had the flu that wouldn't go away. You don't seem to have symptoms of CMV but its a simple blood test so you could check that one as well. Also you don't share the symptoms with adenovirus but it can also be tested with a simple blood or urine test.
You could get checked for these but doesn't seem likely what you had.

cellulitis is a symptom, if you look up MRSA you can see a list of symptoms.

believe what you want lol
It takes just one open sore in that hooker's mouth.
MRSA could also be a possibility. I'm no MD but ask your doctor. It is possible to catch on your genitals. It would explain the lesion for sure and some people experience cellulitis which would also explain your swollen irritated testicle.

HIV is a possibility. Stop taking antibiotics they're not working and this will do more harm than good. Until you find it exactly what it is. It sounds like an infection that is either viral or antibiotic resistant bacteria. HIV could lie dormant in your body and take years to show up on a screening. Best of luck, I hope a doctor finds your solution!
