I feel like I am falling apart!

i have been having a lot of strange, troubling things going on with my body. I am a 22 year old woman and for the past few months i have been vomiting every morning that i have to wake up for work. this is not the first time this has happened, back a little over a year ago when i was working this happened as well. i went to the doctors and had tests on my thyroid and to see if i was anemic and they both came back negative. also i was tested for chrons disease as well as if i had too much bacteria in the my stomach. both of those tests were normal. often times i cough before this happens, but not always. on the weekends i don't get sick, but just like every day i wake up feeling completely exhausted and sometimes with a really bad headache, no matter how much sleep i get.

another thing that has been going on is that i have been trying to conceive for almost a year with my boyfriend and had no luck. i've gotten pains in my hips where my ovaries are and one day a few months ago it was so bad i couldn't sit down without extreme pain. sex hurts more often then not. my periods are regular. and most recently i got out of the shower and squeezed my nipple and had white/milky liquid come out. i am not pregnant and i really want to be. i am just worried with all of these things going on with my body. i currently don't have any form of health care and am terrified to go to the doctor. i just want some insight into what could be going on with me. i feel like i am losing my mind and falling apart. please help!

I used to (and sometimes still do) feel that way in the mornings that I would work... In my case it is probably related to high anxiety.  I wake up in the morning, thinking about all the things I have to do, thinking about how I have to get this or that ready, and drive, and how am I ever going to be able to get this or that done... and all of that builds and builds until my body starts to respond.  For me I get chest pain.... Do you think that maybe your nausea might be related to anticipating that you have to go to work?

Another thing that would make me ill (headachey or nauseous) sometimes is if I were taking any medications - sometimes re-timing when I take those medications would make me feel less ill on waking.

Are you waking up later on the weekends than on the weekdays?  Maybe that is why you are not experiencing the nausea on the weekend - you may still be asleep at that time?

Considering the pain, though, it is probably best for you to see a doctor soon.  It is possible, in the very early stages, to be pregnant and not have it show up on a home test kit (although in my experience I haven't had pain, and I don't know it to cause painfulness), and a blood test could be done to confirm.  There are also other potential causes for belly pain and pain during sex, like an infection, molar pregnancy or even ectopic pregnancy and all of those have to be treated by a doctor, and can't wait / won't go away on their own.

Even though it might seem terrifying now, seeing a doctor might help set your mind at ease - if not by helping you to resolve the problem, at least by taking away that feeling of not knowing - and might even help resolve some of the nausea you are experiencing if it is in fact related to anxiety.  You might at least inquire of the office what it would take to see the doctor, financially - some of them have payment plans, maybe they even offer assistance.

Sometimes i do think it could be anxiety. i don't think i am consciously stressing, but i am a worrier and i have some social anxiety (never been officially diagnosed) so it is definitely possible. i had something similar when i was in school. i sleep in a little bit on the weekends and i know that even if i don't have to work and get up early i still feel ill. i'm not currently on any meds tho. when i went to the doctors before they gave me a prescription for acid reflux medicine that helped a little, but i also had a less stressful job lol

as far as the pregnancy i have been getting my period and its normal flow, not gaining weight or any other symptoms. i really want to get pregnant, but i try not to stress about that because i know that can make it more difficult. i just worry there is something wrong with me that it's not possible to have a child, but the last time i had a pap and pelvic exam all i was told was that my cervix was slightly tilted and the doctor kind of just rotated it (i think thats what she did lol). idk if that can cause any problems, but because of the breast issue i am worried about my prolactin levels because i know it affects fertility. i do want to go to the doctors i just worry about costs :(

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Discharge of breast milk could be due to pregnancy (ruled out in your case for now) or due to hormone imbalance due to high prolactin. This is seen in pituitary secreting tumors, PCOD and thyroid disorders (retest this). Please consult an endocrine specialist for this as any of these can be the cause of your nausea and vomiting. Severe acidity too can make you vomit. Take a late night snack and antacid gel and see if it helps. A whitish discharge or substance can be due to overstimulation as in fondling, suckling and lactation and irritation by clothes. Hope this helps. Take care!
