Undiagnosed - in need of help

I've been experiencing chronic lower back pain & other issues for years. In the past 9 months, symptoms have gotten progressively worse. Symptoms include but not limited to migraines, vision changes, sinus/respiratory/allergies, joint pain & swelling, muscle pain, numbness/tingling, muted sensations, fatigue, insomnia, depression due to pain, stomach issues, muscle cramps. Been receiving treatment from a chiropractor for years because I could never get the medicAL field to listen to me. Finally found a doctor to listen recently. They did blood work & everything, including my SED rate came back normal. I've had numerous x-rays of my lower back & an MRI. Still nothing. I know this isn't all in my head since I am now showing physical signs like a lacey-net type bruising pattern on my lower back, major inflammation, & problems ambulating. Only thing we've found so far is that my blood pressure was slightly elevated due to pain & my sugar was slightly elevated. I am so tired of not knowing what I could possibly have. Could I have an auto immune disease like lupus with a normal SED rate? Anyone out there have a similar issue? Any info or help would be appreciated!! THANKS!!

Anything is possible, Everyone presents differently. I'm still undiagnosed aswell with a number of problems, pain, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, spleen enlargement, fever(non-stop) ,swelling, weakness, dizziness, insomnia, hot/cold flashes/sweats/chills, shortness of breath, muscle pain, high and low BP, Increased IGG/IGM levels that are constant, a few CMV episodes along with several infections including bacterial, viral, fungal etc, i've always got some type of infection going on 24/7.. and have been through numerous testing and have come up with not much to go on, i know this is really frustrating and all you can do is keep trying and don't ever give up on yourself. if you do no one will bother to help you. So stay strong, i know you can do this! keep searching for answers and more docs, one of them will be willing to look into it, i know it seems like it'll never happen, but there is one person out there that is willing to take the time and effort to help you with all of your concerns. I've had a few doctors tell me " you're giving me a headache, go see someone else or give up for a few years and see someone else" which is ********.. if there wasn't something wrong with us we wouldn't be here!! some people right? *sigh* Good luck and I hope you get some answers. Take care of yourself. Sincerely, Elizabeth.

Many of your symptoms are listed for dysautonomia.  Perhaps research that to see if it sounds familiar.  Two good sites are dinet.org and ndrf.org.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You should ask the doctors to investigate the possibility of Vit B12 and Vit D deficiency. Also since a bruise like thing is developing an angiogram or a duplex ultrasound should be done to rule out clots or atherosclerosis. Since MRI is normal, it is unlikely to be a neurological issue. However you can try and get nerve conduction studies done.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
