Not an STD but symptoms mirroring it.

Timeline: Had unprotected sex September 1st ish, got tested September 5th, nothing. Symptoms appeared for what seemed to be Gonorrhea around October 30th Got tested again November 2nd for EVERYTHING STD related, everything came back negative for all tests

It hurts to pee, no abdominal pain at all, only an irritation in my urethra about halfway down my shaft and some slight discoloration around the tip, nothing to be super noticable but for someone who looks at it every single day it's definitely off. The pain is lessening they gave me all the precautionary measures for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia

Medicines prescribed: Phenazopyridine and Doxycycline. Symptoms got real bad around october 31 when I got the meds and there was a weird greenish discharge from my penis. It only happened once and never again. So far the meds seem to be working. If they don't what can possibly mimic the symptoms of Gonorrhea and what should I tell doctors?
