Numb Feeling in Soles of Feet-

For about 3 months, I have noticed a faint Numbness in my Toes and the Soles of my Feet.I wiggle my toes, but it doesn't Restore the circulation. The numbness is Only in the Toes and Padded Area under the toes.I can walk okay,
But I don't have the problem in my ankles or Tops of the feet.I do take water pills (prescribed), so it can't be a water
swelling issue.Help! I hate this weird numb feeling.

There are a number of conditions that might be a problem. I'm not a doctor, but these should be checked out. 1. You may be wearing shoes that are wrong for your feet. Try going to a specialty shoe store and get fitted by a trained specialist for at least one pair. Give them a chance and perhaps the numbness will go away. 2) You may have undiagnosed diabetes (type 1 or type 2) If you book an appointment with an endocrinologist he/she will check your blood sugars and the level of damage to your toes. If these don't work, ask the endocrinologist for other suggestions.

It could be neuropathy or just plain poor circulation. How old are you?  I would ask a doctor if its bothersome and isn't going away.
