OUCH

hi there, I am naceous, dizzy, the right side of my chest feels like im being stabbed, I'm cramping super bad. I'm not on my period. And i am POSITIVE i am not pregnant. Should i go to the doctor or see if it passes??

I think your ear is plugged and causing you to be off balance in the inner ear. Try taking antihistamines. As for the stabbing pain I think this is due to reflux. I have that too and it hurts really bad. I take Gas X regular strength and take the maximum dose . If it isn't the reflux (you can get it without feeling the kind that has acid coming up) then it could be pleuracy, which fits more with the inner ear problem. I don't know if you had a cold or virus but sometimes the lining between the ribs and the chest gets inflamed and feels like a knife stabbing you when you breath in. If you feel it when you breath that can be pleuracy. For that you can try a hot water bottle on the spot or a heating pad. If it doesn't go away you will need an antibiotic. It depends on if it hurts when you breath or not.
