PLEASE help they do not believe me..My life has stopped and NOTHING HELPS. I AM SCARED

this pain is in my shoulder and shoulder blades. The doctors can find nothing..so I have gotten the diagnosis of FIBRO and depression, but these doctors are not listening, don't care or don't believe me regarding the pain...they say I must have a low pain thresh hold. I have given birth, naturally, twice, passed 7 kidney stones and had 2 cysts on my ovaries burst, so I know pain. When I have suffered these other maladies then my pain relief was easily obtained and i recovered very very quickly.
When this shoulder pain starts NOTHING HELPS>>>AT ALL. In this day and age a person can get drugs if they want them..and if the meds helped I would not be nearly as frightened, but when nothing gives you ease adn no one offers hope, and they dismiss you over and over again....where do we go.
When something is this indescribably painful THERE IS a reason does anyone have any help to offer, a doctor to suggest??? ANYTHING!!
Thanks,
Susan

Hello,
I am sorry for all the pain that you have to suffer for so much time.Going by the description of your pain,I don’t think it is fibromyalgia.Such type of pain which has such a threshold and intensity and which cannot be relieved even by analgesics can only be a neurological pain which is caused due to compression of nerves.I think that you should consult aneurologist and get yourself evaluated for thoracic outlet syndrome/brachial neuritis.
Thoracic Outlet Syndrome symptoms are generally caused by compression of the soft tissues at the side of the neck.Nerve bundle called the brachial plexus passes through this area and their compression or entrapment in a certain posture of the body causes pain.
I sincerely advise you to get CT/mRI neck and upper spine done and consult a neurologist and discuss this problem with him.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
