Severe nerve pain and chronic bloating - any advice?

Symptoms:
Stomach pain, Bloating, Gas
Right knee joint ache
Right lower calf severe nerve pain
Lower back ache
Right buttock nerve pain (mild)
Malaise
Fatigue
Generally feeling very unwell
Headaches in the back of head
Right arm feeling weak
Occasional chest pain
Trapped wind
Constipation/Diarrhea
Anxiety

I have been suffering with the above symptoms for approximately 8 months now.  I have visited A&E/ER at least 7 times.  I have had 2 ultrasound scans, countless blood tests and many many trips to my GP, I have been prescribed 5 different antibiotics, some more than once……and still no diagnosis or improvement of symptoms.  My worst symptoms are the calf pain which can sometimes feel like my leg is literally in a vice grip, this feeling gets worse at night or if I sit still for a long time, it has usually calmed down when I wake up in the morning and develops during the day.  All the other symptoms crop up alongside the stomach and leg pain.  My stomach issues are also ruining my quality of life as the bloating and cramps make it impossible to enjoy anything and everyday tasks can sometimes be impossible to undertake.  I understand there is a possibility all the symptoms I have been getting could potentially be unrelated but so far they all seem to go hand in hand, as in, my leg will not hurt unless my stomach is bloated, etc.  The problems are not constant and there are brief periods where I feel “fine” but I have no way to predict when symptoms will arrive or how long they will last, I tend to call them “attacks” as I will be fine one day then wake up the next feeling absolutely terrible and unable to function normally.  I’ve been taking various supplements and silicol gel for my stomach (the silicol does help, but the problems always return).  I’m hoping the forum may be able to make some suggestions as to what could be wrong, perhaps others may have had similar symptoms?  My life has become a living hell and I just don’t know what I can do to try and feel better.  Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated!
