Nausea, Dizziness, Fatigue. Please help...

It's been since last Thursday, I have loose stools, nausea whenever I eat or even when I don't eat. but when I eat certain things I almost vomit. I've been SO exhausted all day like full body weak exhausted. I will get random bouts of dizziness, like i'm falling almost. No fever, I've also had headaches and just feeling poor in general but ice cream helps a bit. specifically Frosty's from wendys are the only things that don't make me want to hurl. My period isn't due until Nov. 9th. Any idea what this could be?  I haven't actually thrown up just really nauseated like I need to, and I just have absolutely no drive to do anything hardly and I have 2 little ones so that's not an option, hubby helps but he's gotta work to.

my first thought is that you may need to do a pregnancy test...if this had already been done, i would suggest going to the doctor and getting your iron levels tested and also your B12, i have had alot of these symptoms and they were usually pregnancy, iron or B12. hope this helps :)

Wow... so sorry you are so sick.  Nausea and diarrhea... make it sounds like something you ate didn't agree with you.  Have you tried eating dill pickles?  Or sauerkraut?  Sometimes something sour will settle the stomach or "cure" it.  -  When we get a touch of food poisoning, apple cider vinegar comes to the rescue.  You don't have to take it by itself... just a little in a glass of water - small sips if necessary.  My favorite drink when I'm nauseous is pink
grapefruit juice.
Imodium should take care of the diarrhea.
I hope this helps you feel better.
    Wishing you the best
