Pelvic pain when sneezing?

In general dull pelvic and lower back pain comes and goes. However, when I sneeze and cough the pain is excruciating, sometimes in the right side of the pelvis and other times in the left. I went to the doctor last time I had a phase of constant dull pain and he gave me an antibiotic which did not work. I'm 19 and have irregular periods.

This sounds like me, I don’t get periods, have the pain when sneezing or coughing, sometimes laughing too hard or bending in a certain position.  I’m 17 and I have PCOS which is polycystic ovarian syndrome, like the earlier answer said it may be ovarian cysts. I had blood work and some ultra sounds done. I’d definitely bring this up to your physican

Ugh, so you are female.  Is this around the time in which you are about to begin your period?  Could this be related to ovulation or period cramps?  Or perhaps cysts?  Having ovarian cysts can cause us to be irregular and have that symptom of dull type of pain.  Have you had a physical or better yet, a pelvic exam with a gynecologist any time recently?

It seems to be at its worst around 2 weeks before my period comes, feels completely different to my ususl period cramps/pain. Doctor didn't take me seriously at all didn't touch the area or anything, so going to switch and get a physical exam. Thank you!
