Penis problems, please give advice!!

I am 18 and only had one sexual partner who has only been with me sexually.
We have been having sex for about 2 years now without any issues, that is of course until recently.
About 6 weeks ago me and my partner were having unprotected sex when I realised my forsaking had swollen, I tried not to freak out as I though this could just be down to friction. I Waited for a day or so and the swelling was gone but my penis glans looked very sore, I was not in any pain but slightly uncomfortable. I cleaned my penis thoroughly very day for a week or so before having intercourse again (unprotected). The same symptoms appeared again and I noticed some white patches on my penis glans (head) so I cleaned it off as much as possible and went to the clinic the next day. After the examined me, took a sample of my blood, urine and a swab of my urethrea I was told it was fungal and prescribed canesten, and was also advised to apply aqueous cream to the glans instead of soaps etc... I used the canesten for 2 weeks as instructed and thing seemed to have got a bit better until my penis head was very dry. I thought this to be normal so continued like normal, 4 weeks on I appear to have dry penis glans again, foreskin becomes sticky and pulling it down till about 2/3 of the way and I have also noticed some a small amount of clear discharge leaking from my penis accompanied by a minor burning sensation. I have no pain passing urine or pulling my forsaking up or down my penis glans it is just sticky.

Please help me, this is really affecting my sexual confidence!!!
