I got super nauseas but I just ended up spitting blood then dry heaving?

I was lying in bed and got hit by a wave of nausea. I ran to the bathroom and my mouth filled with saliva like it often does before vomiting, so I spit it out and there was blood in it. I then ended up gagging and dry heaving a bunch but didn’t puke. I feel fine aside from the nausea. But I do get nausea pretty much every time I eat and am unable to eat anything more than a small portion at once. I’m lucky to be able to eat a meal a day now. It’s caused me to lose weight. It’s been going on for a couple of weeks and I have thrown up once or twice during that period (which is rare for me), and to become so nauseas that I ran to the bathroom a few more times, but the blood is new. I couldn’t see any bleeding in my mouth and my throat doesn’t feel irritated.

If you aren't eating, nausea is going to occur because if the build up if stomach acid. If it's been going on for a few weeks you should see your doctor.
