Please help me

No doctors have been able to figure out what's wrong with me. It started about six years ago with severe right flank pain. I ended up having my gallbladder removed and I had a less pain for about a week.  But after that week pain was back. Now I have been diagnosed with gastroparesis And I also have temporary paralysis in my legs and sometimes arms. I have severe migraines, Loss of vision, Chest pain, Palpitations, Trouble breathing, Vocal cord dysfunction, Paleness, Butterfly rash on face, Bladder spasms, Esophageal spasms, Vitamin deficiencies, Aspiration, Arthritis Dizziness, Double vision, Nausea, Sometimes I Blackout, Memory loss, Severe indigestion and acid reflux. There are many more symptoms. The only thing that seems to help for about 3 months at a time is getting admitted to the hospital for fluids. No pain mess help and i am always in pain. Possible mitochondrial disease was once considered but out ruled. Most days I cannot get out of bed. If you have any suggestions please help. I am a 19 year old Female. Thanks!

I'd have Celiac disease ruled out.  It can cause nutritional deficiencies and other autoimmune diseases.  It can cause terrible acid reflux as well as brain fog, etc.
