Seeing shapes in vision similar to what you see after staring at a light

For the past several months, I've been seeing shapes in my vision similar to what you would see after staring at a bright light. However, I see these all the time and all different shapes, even without staring at a bright light source. I had an eye screening with a ophthalmologist a couple of months ago who said my eyes look fine and my neurologist didnt think it was anything neurological. I've also noticed that after I rub my eyes, sometimes it takes 5-10 seconds for me to be able to see again. That part freaks me out the most. Any ideas?

P.S.     Seeing lights like that could also be migraine without the pain.   Hard to diagnose even by a neurologist.

I suggest that you try taking supplements for your eye health.  Bilberry, Lutein and Vitamin A are very good for the eyes.
     Wishing you the best.
