Being Poisen, Increased Heartbeat, arm numbness, tingling fingers, Single Welt on arm

Most nights when I go to sleep I awake in the middle of the night with my finger tingling and numb left arm and increased heart beat and I am unable to go back to sleep. When I wake up my husband is always standing over me or walking pass my side of the bed. Is there any type of poison that I could be inhaling or something else ingested. I don't wont to seem paranoid but I am a 40 yr old with no health problems, Other than these symptoms happening within the last year. These symptoms just happen again about 30 minutes ago and of course he was walking pass my side of the bed. I welcome any suggestions or answers.

If you truly believe your husband could be doing this.. 1) LEAVE 2) go get checked out...

Definetly go and get checked out. It could be anything.

Ask him if there's anything happening that makes him come to you at that time. Maybe you are making loud noises and he comes over to check. Also you must go to see your doctor, whatever your husband says, whether it's him or something else entirely, it sounds like something your doctor should be looking into.
