Random sharp pains all over my upper body

Hello, for the last few months I've been getting random pains all over the upper half of my body. The pains are sharp and tingle in a painful way. They are sometimes so bad that I will quickly run to the bathroom and hop in the shower. They usually last for 10 minutes or so.

Some days I do not get it at all, but I usually get them twice a day, at no certain time and following no pattern. Although, I tend to get them when I'm doing something physical, like finishing up a workout or something. But other than that, it's usually random.

I'm 14 and healthy. I'm very active and don't take any medication. If anyone has answers for me, I'd appreciate it a lot. Thank you
