Recurring scalp pain and dizziness

I've seen numerous Dr's last couple yrs and all say my symptoms don't make sense and they don't know. The left side of my scalp has spots that have a bruised kind of feeling and just very uncomfortable. Anywhere from top of scalp to bottom. Sometimes it bothers me more in one spot than another and sometimes it goes away for months and returns for a few days to a a couple months. I also feel like when it's really bothering me, I get a dizziness and just unwell feeling. I had an mri, have taken a few different antibiotics, topical scalp meds, bloodwork, but all shows nothing. In a couple of the sore spots it has very small, movable lump under the skin, but nothing on exterior. I do get migraines, but this is definitely not that or any headache type.I also have issues with my teeth and need more extractions, but don't think it's associated either. I just feel I can hardly function some days and am desperate for answers. Thanks in advance for any info.

If you have issues with your teeth and need extractions, it's not at all unlikely that the bacteria is affecting your head. The bacteria in tooth decay, streptococcus mutans, is a bad one. It's considered dangerous for a woman to have in her body when pregnant, and there is even research suggesting it's a factor in people getting Altzheimer's. If it's that dangerous, I wouldn't be at all surprised to hear if you posted back and said that once your extractions were over, you got well and didn't have these issues. See your dentist as soon as you can, and in the meantime, ask your doctor about this. You might want to get back onto an antibiotic in the meantime.

I will be having all the bad teeth extracted soon and I really do hope your right and it goes away afterward.  I'm still concerned about having the procedure, not knowing what the issue is. I'm going under anesthesia and having numerous teeth done at once. Unfortunately I can't keep taking antibiotics unless necessary bc I've been on them too many times last couple yrs. If it does help or doesn't..I will include an updated comment, just in case anyone else can be helped with same experience. Thank you for taking time to answer my post, it's greatly appreciated.
Good luck with the extractions. They aren't fun, but it's way better than having tooth pain and possible infection.
