As always, jemma116 is spot on. You definitely need to go back. Dysphasia (trouble swallowing) can/ impede your ability and desire to eat. You don't need to get worse. See an optometrist to determine whether the issue is caused by ocular pressure or pressure in your optic nerve. If neither are present, you must go to your GP and get a requisition to see a neurologist.
Go back to the doctor. Get treatment for your symptoms. If your doctor won't help you, go to the hospital. The things you are complaining about seem serious to me. Blessings - Blu
You need to go back to your doctor with regard to the new symptoms you are experiencing.
A swollen tongue can be due to lack of vitamin B12 or aggravation of rough teeth.
Also as you are getting feelings of light headedness, swollen tongue and moving shadows, this can be a symptom of anaemia.
Light headedness may be caused from infections as well, and also from abnormal blood pressure, either too high, or too low.
It would also be wise to get your eyes checked out too.
