Could all these symptoms be related?

So for the last couple years I have had numbness and tingling and loss of feeling in my arms and legs, now it has started in my face. I also have spells primarily at night where I start hearing ringing in my ears followed by cloudy vision, that turns into a loss of hearing then I start feeling really nauseous and dizzy like I am going to pass out upon laying down the feelings gradually subside, I had an episode a couple weeks ago where I actually passed out. I have bouts of extrema nausea and stomach pain, occasional vomiting. I have had lost bladder and bowel functions on occasion. And I have bouts with diarrhea that appears to have a lot of mucosy stuff in it. I have had multiple tests and scans done but they have not found anything substantial to explain it all. Any ideas?

This doctor did however say that she will ordering a CT or MRI if my blood work shows nothing.

It is hard to fathom that with today's medical knowledge that the doctors can't find a diagnosis. Maybe they Gould label this the "it's not in your head disease" I'm so sick of being told it's all in my head. So I had 6 more lab test done today to recheck everything agiain for the fourth time in two years. They are doing a celiac test finally, being the first one would have never been accurate.

Hi Shelly, i wish i could tell you what is happening to you. I know its not nice to be having health problems and not knowing what's the problem. I am going through similar problems too. Lost of test, and no diagnosis.

I have loads of symptoms
Most of them already stopped.

headache, blurred vision, joint pain, red eyes, burning skin sensation, itchy skin, diarrhea, abdominal pain, skin rash, teeth marks on tongue, mucus at the throat, tender lymph nodes, and more.
