Unknown Serious Condition

Someone very close to me has certain kinds of blackouts. she has:
low blood pressure,
extreme dizziness,
fatuige,
and seems to be intoxicated.
THIS IS ONLY WHEN IT IS MINOR.

She has also had:
Panic/Anxiety Attacks and pain in entire body, crying uncontrolably and wishing death upon herself.

Another time she seemed to be very drunk but did not take any drugs or alcohol.

One time she was unable to breathe and seemed like she was in a coma.

She is unable to remember most of this, she completely blacks out and i am worried to death.

She doesn't eat much, so i don't know if it's that, but she doesn't take anything except tylenol or pepcid AC.

The episodes are epileptic-like and are very frequent now, she's had about five today.
She's almost 18 years old and nobody can seem to figure out what is wrong with her.

Any and all help would be appreciated. This is obviously a very serious manner.

Reply if you have any information that would help.
thank you

Thanx for the input. She's been having paralysis episodes lately. She's unable to move at all except for her eyes and she can speak but she can't move her tongue or lips so it's hard to understand her. We can't take her to the hospital until Sunday and we don't have enough money to go see an endocrinologist. We've went over the symtoms and research and we think it could be Epilepsy, an Endocrine Disorder, or Diversion Disorder.
The doctor thought she might have Anemia, but we don't think so. She's told me of one traumatic experience that she's had and that's all she's had. I trust her. The episodes are still frequent only now she remembers everything in them. She is taking vitamins, so i don't know if that rules out anything. It will start with dizziness, then go on to an episode. Thank you for the input. Any ideas?

Hormonal imbalances, candida, parasites. Could be a lot of things. What do doctors think? Was there a starting point to all this - a trigger of some sort? My problems began after food poisoning and I also have hormonal imbalances. I've had vertigo, fainting, panic attacks, lots of stuff. Have her tested for a whole panel of things at an endocrinologist. She could have environmental toxicities, vitamin or mineral imbalances. One little note - she might not want to take Pepsid AC, that could be causing more problems than it's worth.

Could be many things. Low b12 or other endocrine problem. Also, given her anxiety and crying and suicidal thoughts, need to consider conversion disorder. Has she been through any type of traumatic experience that you know of? If not, you may need to ask her. There may be something she's reluctant to share with anyone.
