Something wrong with my tonsils.

So for the past few months these Holes have been forming in my throat. Right now there's about 3 on my left tonsil and one small one on my right. Stuff comes out of the holes and I know that's normal but for two weeks I've been spitting out blood and I noticed this tumor like thing growing on the top of my left tonsil. About a month ago or 3 weeks my ear felt really like weird, and painful I couldn't hear much out of it for a few days. It's cleared up but I'll feel a shooting pain every now and then. And It hurts to swallow some stuff. I have had headaches before that are severe and some milder. It's odd because I've rarely had headaches all my life. I've noticed when Ive eaten oranges or something citrusy that it burns and makes my tonsils/throat irritable. I have not gone to the doctor yet and I'm 16. I don't know what it is so can anyone help me?

You probably need your Tonsils removed......That is the only way your problem will be sorted..you getting recurring infections that can cause ear pain....headaches as well as "sore throat" ..... They are very infected by the sound of things.... go to DOC
