Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you are talking about a hole in the retina and eye floaters and spots then yes a hole in retina can cause these symptoms. The various causes for a hole in retina are eye injury, retinal detachment, severe myopia or short sightedness, diabetes and shrinkage of vitreous body.  Do discuss this with your eye specialist and get yourself examined.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
