right side pain from legs to head

first pain at the abdomin i feel it was apendix. i consulted doctor he told me to bring ultra sound all is well but he thougth infection in apendix because pain at both holes some times below abdomin. after a few days later again i went too hospital if u dont get relif we have to do apendix but color mri is taken in the abdomin region nothing found later then have done apendix operation they found slight infection out side. but still the pain presists after 2 yrs also the pain has spreaded. total my right side parts are paining or some feeling. there is some thing going on at my right abdomin some time it is hard and some times feeling like heating
