So around i year ago a started to have lightheadedness that seemed to resolve after eating, a few hours after eating i would crash and become very tired, this i could deal with for about 8 months but then it got a lot worse suddenly in a day in which i was bed-ridden for a period of around 4 months. i had a "blood-ache" feeling, extreme weakness and fatigue, brain fog, diziness, frequent urination, "pulp" in my urine, extreme sensitivity to food in which i would become a lot more lightheaded, heart pain, lower flank pain, and pressure in my head. i have been tested for thyroid, diabetes, hypoglycemia, blood pressure is normal, had an mri done and it came back fine, cortisol checked and is normal, it is not anxiety or depression related but tried xanex for a few months to humor my doctor (did not help my symptoms), also checked for lyme, and ovarian cancer.
Other information:
I was in the mountains a week before first symptoms and got a urinary tract infection 1 week prior. (treated this with oregano cranberry and garlic pills)
Also thought i had a urinary tract infection prior to "second wave" of symptoms but it was b.vaginosis apparently.
i am a 20 year old female, i eat well am a good weight (5' 8" and 135 lbs ) and was previously active.
i am vegetarian and was vegan when symptoms occurred but now eat fish and it has not helped.
i had a staph infection 3-5 months prior that was reoccurring. happened from wound in hot tub.
i cannot eat sugar or drink caffeine and haven't for around 10 months. it immediately makes my symptoms worse. i used to drink a lot of coffee and eat a lot of sugar.
i do not drink smoke or do drugs.
