Sudden sypmtoms..

Well first..
Some point at my life i belived i had high blood pressure. Because when i get angry, and that happens fast nowadays (which never used to happen im a calm person) even when i think of little stuff that bother me. i get a headache and sumtimes fever if really upset. Just to inform :)
but anyhow.. this past couple of days.. i got, and apparently sudden, starting from only one to more, blood spots (bruises) on my arm, mostly on the left arm, which are small spots and a bigger one on the right..
And before that i realized that when i was having sex with my partner, my face and hands tend to get numb. eventhough i didnt exert alot of pressure on my body. i thought it was somewhat normal. or passive.
and then one day i had alotta pain in my right hand, felt like the muscle but it was more like 'just pain'.. and it was hard to tell where exactly its coming from. but its coming from around the curve of the arm.
and that night, when i was having sex, and this time for long, my whole hands not arms though got numb, and i couldnt move them anymore, and my face did too, jaw area.. were little and then just got more and more, and it came to a point where i started crying cause i couldnt move anything, so i went to the toilet cuz i was overheated,, and felt like i had to pour cold water all over me. and which i did.. the numbness went away in 4 minutes or so after pouring cold water and just relaxing.
and the pain in my arm remained for 2 days and went away with it. so are the bruises slowly..
I have a history of heart diseases in my family, my father and uncles and all. can it be anything got to do with heart or so?

Hello,
If you get bruises with out any injury then you need to get various other investigations to rule out all the differentials apart from the blood tests.Liver function tests,ESR,ANA titres and tumor markers etc have to be done to rule out all the differentials one by one and reach a confirmatory diagnosis.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and keep me posted Kind Regards

Hey..
yes thank you.. Theres a wide variety of options of what can be causing it..
But the bruises didnt come back in like a week or so now.. and it was the first time they ever do..
but i think i have a big hypertension issue.. i got high fever twice this week.. with a mild headache..
but while sex now.. i dont get any of that numbness anymore..
I guess its a thing that comes and goes.. Thanks for your help..

Dyu think i should just get a full blood test and all.. to check if anything is missing or theres a problem at all.. then get into deeper tests in neurology if there isnt anything wrong in the blood.. ? or would the full blood test show everything..?

Hello,
Both these symptoms definitely need evaluation.Numbness can be caused by diabetes, hypothyroidism, and hypoparathyroidism. It can also be due to peripheral vascular disease, vitamin B12 deficiency or malnutrition.

Get your blood sugar and thyroid hormones levels evaluated. In case the symptoms persist then pls consult a neurologist as it can be due to some neurological disorder.Regarding the bruises anemia and deficiency of vitamins C, K, B12, or folic acid,SLE, bone marrow disorders, liver diseases or leukemias,anti-clotting (anti-coagulants) medication also can cause increased bruising.Alcohol intake and peripheral vascular disease can cause both.I would suggest that you take some iron supplements and multivitamins for some days and see if the symptoms persist. If yes then pls consult a physician and get these possibilities evaluated.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted.
