The comments in here are bizarre. How are you guys coming to the conclusion that this guy snores?? People on here are retarded.
Your mouth and throat have many blood vessels, this is very common exspecially your gums also. The winter time becomes very dry and due to snoring, teeth grinding or heavy breathing this can occur.
It sounds as if you snore and it is dry in your room. Try to run a vaporizer at night and see if that helps.
I had this same problem. Been spitting up blood at night for the past 3 months. Thought it was a gum problem, saw a dentist, and they said my gums are fine and teeth are healthy. I used luminol to show the blood in my spit was coming up even when I couldn't see it in the spit. I saw the ENT several times since, and they eventually did some PET CT scans. They found a suspicious area, did some biopsies, and found cancer at the base of my tongue.
So, see your dentist first. But, also schedule an ENT appt. right afterwards. They will scope you to see if there is anything. But, more than likely, they will not anything. My cancer was not visible to the naked eye. Some other people who had BOT cancer had the same spitting up of blood but their tumors were easily seen with a tongue depressor. Regardless, see a doctor.
