Burning after urination and ejaculation

I get these symptoms: firstly 2 years ago I had what was thought to be a urine stone - crystal in the bladder. This made the tip of my penis burn when I urinated or ejaculated. It has come back. This time it recurred very briefly 3 weeks ago after some anti-biotics (clarithromycin) I had taken for 7 days. Then 1 week ago the problem came back a bit worse. No bacteria was found on a full urine test. It was perfect. Now I don't get the burn with peeing, though there is a slight burning/hot sensation in my bladder. But if I ejaculate there's a burn afterwards - which is immediately after, then 1 minute later before it calms down. I also feel uncomfortable in my bladder all the time. This has lasted about a week now.I'm 44 a bit overweight, don't smoke, don't drink, eat healthy, work in an office, walk 2 miles home per day when I can. I'm a bit fed up with the sensation and the fact I cannot hump my hot 27 year old girlfriend - body like a goddess - still trying to work out what she see in me -  without feeling pain afterwards.

I would recommend consulting a Urologist about this.  Sounds like something going on with your prostate.

It is possible she has a UTI or other infection that she is passing to you.  This does not have to be an STD, so don't judge her or accuse her.  But if she has an infection she can't detect, then she could be getting damage to her kidneys or reproductive system, so it is important she gets checked by her gynecologist.

And always make sure you are washing hands before intercourse and using good hygeine so bacteria is not introduced into your urethra.  Usually it's the woman who gets UTIs from lack of hand washing and consciousness of bacteria sources,, but maybe guys can too.

well, it is not a kidney stone because those present differently,  I would go get your prostate looked at and I agree with caryopteris and have your partner talk to her physican as well to ensure that she is alright.
