Hungry but nauseous at the tought of food, easily gets full..

It's like a week that I really want to eat but then when I'm about to think what I want to eat I feel nauseous. Also if I eat I get easily full and later have a hard time burping. Also I'm experiencing lip tightening, it feels like dry like I can't move it, it's really weird when I'm talking and my lip line is so red with a lil bumps on it, can't really see it if I don't look closely. I also got some occasional muscle pain especially at my lower back and hips, mild headache and insomnia, just today I also experience difficulty in breathing, my right chest and back hurts when I do it really restricts me to breath normally. I can't figure it out what is really the problem, my period just ended 4days ago and I'm also having a lil bit of spotting.. And no I'm not expecting to be pregnant.. I'm 20 years old and I get really cautious about my health because of stress in university.. Thank you in advance for the answers...

I would go see an allergist and or a gastoenterologist. Anything that affects your eating is a serious problem. It could be an allergy to whatever you eat regularly but it certainly could be something way different. You need to go to one of the above mentioned specialists and start eliminating possibilities.
