Tiredness and sensation in arms and legs

I am 32 a married, working mum of 2 and About a year ago I woke up with a very tired arm i put it down to sleeping funny but as the day went on It spread from my arm down to my leg and then my face down the left side, I was taken to hospital as they suspected a stroke but after all the tests came back clear k was just told they do  not know what it is but it has never gone away. I find that I can't sleep as it gets worse and I am now experiencing anxiety and I have days when I just feel fed up.but I can't seem to find anyone who can help me come to terms with never knowing what is wrong, never mind if it will get worse or better? This isn't what I had planned for but its here so how can chickpeas people don't see my to understand?

Have you had blood work to check Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D?

That might be helpful to check if levels are low. Even low normal is bad.
