I've had peripheral neuropathy for 10 yrs & have shingle like pain w/o the rash

I am 42. Diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy 10yrs ago. First had shingles at age 30 and again at 31. I am experiencing shingle like pain in my legs without the rash. I am crawling out of my skin. I have a spinal cord stimulator that controls the neuropathy pain, but haven't experienced this type of pain since having the shingles. I take 3000mg of Gabopentin daily. I also herniated 2 disc (L3 & L4) 3 once ago and that seems to have unleashed a chain reaction, as I started having gynecological problems immediately following. And now this. I feel like a train wreck. What is going on?
