Greetings,
I'm Tim. I am truly sorry about all the pain you are dealing with. It is quite a lot to be dealing with them all at the same time. My first reaction from your flashes, is, have started any new meds lately? There are new medications created all the time. Many times doctors will prescribe these new meds, especially some one like you will many health problems. It is like a cocktail and sometimes one pill might make another pill start give different systems. If you just got a new script ask your doctor what the side effects might be. Be assertive with you doctor. Don't take no for an answer. I learned a long time ago that doctors think they know what is right. I got tired of a doctor telling me it is not a symptom. I started telling them Hey it is my body, I should know how I feel. It also could be a pinched nerve on your neck and your are not aware of it. Any nerve damage can make the lightning feeling occur. Also you could be dehydrated. All these meds can make us dehydrate. Our brain is 90% water and just drinking plenty of good water, can help a lot of things. I hope some of this helps.
God Bless,
Tim
