Trying to find opinions/advice/help! Been having an issue with balance, brain fog

Hello, over the last few years I have been dealing with issues after eating ANYTHING, from just a small meal like a granola bar, a piece of candy, to a full meal and after drinking any drinks. Anytime I eat anything I have a feeling of being "off balance" and have brain cloudiness/fog. It comes up after eating anything and lasts for a various amount of time. I have become so bent out of shape from not getting any answers that I have completely given up even going to any more appointments :(. I have gone and gotten a brain scan, blood tests, blood sugar monitoring (1 week) and gone to allergen doctors who never did a test because of it being so inaccurate and expensive. I am beyond over hearing "I do not know what is causing your issues" and being sent to another specialist...After I eat or even drink some drinks these issues pop up every single time. For some reason if I drink pop nothing really happens. I don't know if it is caffeine or what :0. Plz help Thank you -Ryan 30 yrs old.

Hi, for starters:

- is the reaction immediate? (possible oral allergy, as opposed to something with stomach)
- get a blood pressure monitor and see if your BP is going low (dizziness and brain fog)
- does pulse get fast during dizziness, to compensate for low BP

"For some reason if I drink pop nothing really happens. I don't know if it is caffeine or what"

That's a big clue, so do more experiments. Caffeine without fizz, like coffee or just get all the fizz out of the soda before drinking. Sparkling water (fizz without caffeine) and/or non-caffeine soda. A large glass of lukewarm distilled water, if maybe it's stomach pressure and not what food you consumed.

Since cola is acidic, try orange juice, or vinegar and water.
