Suddenly feeling sick

I was feeling fine yesterday morning then just suddenly started feeling very nausous and just wanting to sleep for almost an hour but after that felt a little better but this morning i still feel like i have heartburn/acid reflux - could this be because i hadnt eaten the entire day yesterday and was really hungry?

Can you provide more details?
Did you feel unwell the day you did not eat anything? Being hungry indicates otherwise. If you were not feeling unwell, why did you not eat for an entire day?
What were your circumstances & symptoms that day besides what you already posted?
Do you have any digestive or G/I issues in general?
Any other diagnoses/infections which might explain fatigue, nausea, acid reflux?
Not having anything to eat for a whole day, should cause hunger, weakness, dizziness, nausea and other symptoms of hypoglycemia.
IDN, something seems to be missing here.
Please post again.
Best wishes,
Niko
