Uticaria Pigmentosa (Mastocytosis) how do I know if it's systemic or not?

I was recently diagnosed with Uticaria Pigmentosa.  I have had the lesions since I was five.  I am now thirty-two and was just diagnosed.  I am not seeing a specialist.  They diagnosed me from a biopsy.  Is there something I should be doing?  How do I know about wether or not it is systemic or if there are other things that could be wrong?  Are there specialists for this?

Signed,

I DON'T KNOW WHERE EVERYONE IS FROM.  BUT MY DAUGHTER WAS DIAGNOSED WITH UTICARIA PIGMENTOSA WHEN SHE WAS AN INFANT.  SHE IS NOW ALMOST 4 AND IT IS SLOWLY GOING AWAY.  BUT NOW MY NIECE WHO IS 6 IS STARTING WITH THE SYMPTOMS AND WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND SHE HAS THE BEGINNING STAGES.
I FOUND AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR AT THE GEISINGER MEDICAL CENTER HOSPITAL IN DANVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA.  IF ANYONE NEEDS ANY INFORMATION, THIS WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE TO START.  800-275-6401
OUR DOCTORS NAME IS DR. PRIDE.
HOPE THIS HELPS!!

Systemic Mastocytosis can only be truly diagnosed with a bone marrow biopsy.  You will need to find a hematologist.  Good Luck though, I can't find one to do my biopsy.

Try this:
http://dermnetnz.org/colour/urticaria-pigmentosum.html

and here is a skin disorder forum page:
http://www.skincell.org/

also, there is another spelling:
Urticaria Pigmentosa
I guess one spelling is probably American, and the other international.
