Variety of symtoms - What is wrong with me?

I am a 19 year old female and in the past 2 weeks I have started getting a bunch of strange symptoms that don't seem to connect. Some will go away, some have stayed, and new ones continue to pop up. It started with epigastric pain and discomfort, there would be a constant feeling of pressure in that area and there would be a sharp pain when I swallowed. At this time there were no other symptoms. After a few days of this I went to the doctor, they were not sure what was wrong with me so they prescribed me with a week of heartburn medication to see if it would help. While I was taking the heartburn medication the pain and discomfort went away in that area, but I began have stomach pain,  and occasional nausea after eating and at random points during the day. Over the past couple nights in addition to these symptoms I have been getting low-grade fevers at night every day. They are gone when I wake up in the morning but they are present every night. I have been going to the bathroom normally and have noted no other symptoms. I am also not pregnant. I would really like to get a better understanding of what could be wrong with me before I go to the doctors again and undergo a bunch of tests that may not be necessary. Thank you in advance to anyone who may have an answer.

I had the same symptoms. Went to ER and complained of chest pain, sharp pain when I swallowed. I have had heart problems in the past so they took chest x-rays and my heart is fine. I was given Nexium or Prilosec to help me with my GERD (Gastro-Reflux  which are proton pump inhibitors to turn off the hydrochloric acid in my stomach to give it time to heal (this is unnatural because only the bile from my gallbladder was left to digest my food. I went to Specialist who looked down my throat and told me that I had H. pylori and gave me antibiotics & triple therapy to clear up infection.  I never had the level of indigestion
again but the root of the problem is an imbalance in my digestive system
because of all the antibiotics I have taken over the years has wiped out a
lot of the good bacteria and the bad bacteria is taking over my gut flora.
I think that parasites are my main cause and so I am taking steps to eliminate the parasites, detox, eliminate sugar and gluten from my diet, taking P&B shakes an hour before taking my herbs to avoid headaches, using organic coconut oil for cooking, building my immune system up with
liquid echinacea & goldenseal & good probiotics.
