Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Occipital headaches—at the back of head, can be a part of migraines and temporary vision loss can be a symptom of this. It can also be due to high blood pressure, and pinched cervical spinal nerves in the upper neck. A more serious cause could be old injury causing suboccipital hemorrhage or bleeding.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination immediately followed by proper referral.
Take care!
