I'm 19 and having pain in BOTH breasts, I'm male.

I'm having pain in both of my breast (I'm a male) Its only when I lay down on my stomach, or push on certain areas. I've seen no change in them, and the only marking on my nipple is a birthmark I've had since I was a child. A have some small freckles on my chest that keep coming and going, but I have no clue whats going on. I am a hypochondriac, so I try to not think of it as being something terrible. Anyone know what might be happening? I'm 19 btw.

Well Jasper, being a 19 yo male I would suspect you have a fair amount of physical activity.  My first thought is that you have worked your chest muscles to soreness that occurs when the muscles break down and build back up.
It can also be from any direct action that has occurred to your breasts.
If you have eliminated this, it can also be hormonal.
It would be helpful if you can provide the level of discomfort that you are having and is it constant over many days, perhaps it comes and goes, etc.
If you have isolated this to something specific feel free to message me if you need to discuss treatment details.
