Thanks for your comments, after Caregivers responce, I looked into anemia. Remembering years ago I had a DR tell me I had an Iron defieiency, and I took Iron supplements for awhile. Sounds like it is the most likely cause.
First of all every hospital in the United States will reciece and treat you without charge in and emergency, and loss of consciousness is an emergency.
It is absolute nonsense that you would not be evaluated upon presentation in ANY ER with or without money.
You have an obligation tom your children that you cannot fullfill in the grave.
The liklihood is that you may have simple anemia and dehydration, but that may not be the case.
You have another option, which is to find a clinic that charges on the basis of ability to pay. Generally, the charge is tenh dollars a visit.
This is not soomething to fool with on an internet advice board.
You need an in-person evaluation and work-up by an M.D.
Actually eating more than in the past and I eat well. Fruit and veggies (raw or steamed)every day, small amount of meat at night with dinner. Very little junk food, even then I might have a scoop of ice cream with a bowl full of various berries and bananas. Worst part of my diet would be the coffee or coke, which I will have one or two on most days.
Have you been eating enough? To me, it sounds like lack of nutrition+lack of rest+stress.
Take care!
JIC thought I should add that as a child and teen I often had heat strokes and sometimes fainted as a result. This went away in my early 20s. This fainting is a little different, I don't get the cold sweat or "tunnel" hearing that I did with the heat strokes and it happens much faster now.
