Strange loss of muscle function

I am no stranger to sleep paralysis, I get short 3 - 4 second periods of these at least 6 - 8 times a month. This on the other hand was earlier today after a long sleep, I woke up for a bit and turned around in bed, all of a sudden i lose muscle control in all of my body. this also only lasts a short time, maybe 10 seconds or so. The difference in this episode is the fact that I had absolutely no hallucinations and the likes which i have always had before with sleep paralysis. It started with my jaw dropping slightly then I noticed i could not move at all.

I am just quite lost here, I can't visit a doctor at the moment as I live 100 km from nearest hospital

I used to take mirtazapine, but that was about 8 months ago so I don't think that would be causing this. If they were to do a sleep study would probably be free here as the health care is. I will go to the doctor and get this checked out eventually when I got the time

Ive had that happen before, actually a lot, at first my cousin was in the bed with me when it happened she said it looked like I was having a seizure, it happened like 3 times in one night, when I went to the hospital they called it a night terror. Since its happened a few times, so my doctor ordered a sleep study which is very expensive, but you should check your medication to see if any side effect is to have siezures. My doctor took me off tramadol and mine have slowed temendously
