Stinging Pain on Left Abdomen

Hello,
I have been experiencing this stinging pain on my left abdoment next to illiac bone for two years. I went to check up each year all my organs seems to be fine (ovary, bladder, kidney etc.) My doctor says it may be IBS but the pain does not relate to my bowel movements and I have kind of regulerr bowel movements too. Any idea or anybody with similar symptoms?
