What could this be? I’m at a loss for words..

So over the pass year and a half I’ve racked up medical bills trying to figure out what’s going on with my chest/upper abdomen.
I’d say the ‘discomfort’ started around November, but I was experiencing weird stuff like PVC/PACS mid October and til this day still.
I’ve had a scope down my throat to check for stomach problems/ulsars, nothing.
I’ve had an echo done to check for heart problems, nothing. They told me it was normal and my EF was 58%
I’ve had a couple X-rays now, both say my lungs are clear and well expanded(I had to take a deep breath I guess)
I also had a CT scan of my chest, didn’t find anything.

Okay this discomfort I feel is like almost a rattle-type feeling in my chest, it makes me feel like I need to cough when it really irritates me. I sometimes feel actual pain, however it doesn’t feel deep... Umm, it’s more toward the left side of my chest(heart side). I’d also like to note that there is one spot in my back, again little left of center ish, that always feels like it needs popped, or stretched. And theres a spot at the top of my neck, and to the RIGHT that sometimes feels like electric shocks when I look up. I don’t know if this is all connected.
My left shoulder, collarbone area is almost always sore - especially when working. I do have a hard labor job, lifting awkward things..
Some other symptoms I get is this “eyes take a bit to focus especially after working with something close up” type of feeling which makes me a little dizzy, and sometimes (not always) extreme exhaustion.

Please someone read this and shoot me ideas of what it could be :( I’m sick of living like this for real.

Hello~I am sorry you are having these issues.

I am thinking that seeing a chiropractor would be of benefit. You may have some misplaced vertebrae in your neck and upper spine, thus causing some pinched nerves. I have some of the symptoms you have, all tests good, seeing my chiropractor for adjustments helps greatly. He/she will take some x-rays, read them over, discuss them with you and then give you a treatment, hopefully after a few you should start to feel better.

Hope you get the help you need soon.

Hello, sorry about your symptoms. I can only make a guess regarding the PVC's. I too have them and all tests have come out normal. So I am guessing that it could be a thyroid problem. If your thyroid readings are at the lower end, you could try out the herbal supplement Ashwagandha, which has helped me greatly. With best wishes.
