I've been getting dizzy spells lasting 2-25 minutes, a headache and nausea.

So for the past 14 days, I've been getting 2-20 minute dizzy spells and a headache around/above my left eye that gets worse when it happens. I get anywhere from 3-8 of these every day. I'm also super nauseous and have lost 10lbs in 7 days. I'm constantly tired, no matter how much I sleep.
I've been to 2 hospitals 2 and it's not Vertigo or anything position-related, as there's no pattern or any specific trigger. I've had a CT scan done and they couldn't find anything with my inner ear.
I'm 18 and I don't smoke, or partake in any drug-related activities, now does any of my family.
This same thing happened 2 1/2 years ago but only lasted a few days. We went to the children's hospital that time, too, but they couldn't figure it out.

Hello~Since you have had tests and nothing can be found, I highly suggest seeing a chiropractor, you probably have some misaligned vertebrae in your neck, if this is the case, you will definitely have the symptoms you are experiencing. The chiropractor will take x-rays of the neck region and will be able to determine exactly what is causing your problems, a few adjustments should have you feeling better in no time.
