What do you know about head popping?

I'm seeking info on something that concerns my bf. As a child he experienced a head popping sensation followed by a feeling of warmth like liquid in his head. No, it wasn't specific to the ear region. It apparently happened multiple times. It was quite a while ago but he still experiences a pressure on his head that he says never really goes away. If you have any questions, I'll be sure to pass them on. He suspects this has an effect on his cognitive abilities saying he feels like "it feels like parts of my brain just don't connect the way they should". Obviously we'll be visiting the doctor as soon as we're able, but I'm hoping to have a starting point to the discussion. Thanks in advance!

Hello~I would see a chiropractor, your boy friend could have some misplaced vertebrae in his neck causing these symptoms. He/she will take some x-rays of the area, study them and then discuss the results and if he can be helped with adjustments, if so, a few treatments should have him on the road to recovery.
