Anyone have any thoughts? Aches, new incontinence, anxiety, etc.

Hey all. 27 year old male here. Drinker and smoker, had some drug issues as a teen, suffer from depression and anxiety, high blood pressure.

I didn't start getting panic attacks until earlier this year. Thought the first one was a stroke or something. Anyways, since they've started things have just seemed to get worse. I just don't feel my self; like I'm living in haze. I feel slower, mentally. I forget names, places, dates. I've been to the hospital three times now, each time with varying symptoms (the majority of which came with my panic) but have been sent home each time with no diagnosis.

This morning, about 6am, I had another attack. I decided not to go to the hospital because three ' false alarms' in a little under three months is a bit too much, let alone four. This time, however, I got few new and quite concerning extra symptoms:

Headache at the base of my skull and side of my head, primarily on the right side, blurred vision, heart palpitations, further confusion, shortness of breath and, much to my dismay, total urinary incontinence. No urge at all, it's just decided to start leaking and the amount has definitely been more than just a few dribbles.

Unfortunately there is no clinic in town, only an ER. The panic like symptoms have still yet to fully pass (it's about 1pm here now) and it's really starting to get to me.

Anyone have any thoughts? Suggestions? I had bloodwork done and all that other fun stuff (aside from MRI or CT unfortunately) that ruled out quite a lot but I'm wondering if this is neurological.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

It does sound neurological. I've had numerous different conditions affecting the nerves from B12 malabsorption to toxic mould. You might want to see a neurologist.
