What is wrong with me?
I have these episodes and have had them for years, and whenever I tell people they just laugh so I have not been to a doctor.
I get a memory, but I cannot place it, I have no idea if it's a movie, tv show or game. I start to get anxious and it's like the right side of my brain gets hot. I then feel terrible, nauseous, dizzy and disoriented. I then develop a headache.
This happens several times a year and I have tried googling it but have had no success. Now when I feel one coming on I try to distract myself, sometimes I'm successful. I'm getting s little worried because lately the head pain is getting worse
Any help would be appreciated
